Donate Money - Register - FAQ
Donating money is one method of helping the Mystic Board community grow. It is also a very good way to register and get the unlock code for your copy of MB Mystic Software. This also means you get an unlock code for your software which you can use for life. By registering your MB Mystic software via donating money you help us in developing, upgrading and maintaining the softwares. This ensures that you always have the latest upgrades and updates of the software. The donated money is used for further development of better softwares.
Listed below are a few questions related to making donations for softwares.
Q. Why do I need to donate for the softwares?
A. You need to donate if you wish to register and get an unlock code for the software for use without limitations and prevent it from expiring.
Q. How Do I Know How Much To Donate?
A. You can get this information from the Download / Help page of the corresponding software. It is also mentioned on the right hand side of the MB Mystic Software startup screen (see screen shot) near the donate button.
Q. How do I Donate Money?
On the right hand side of MB Mystic Software startup screen you will see a PayPal.com donate button. Just click on that and follow the simple donation procedure. You can get this information from the Download / Help page of the corresponding software also.
Q. Is paying online with credit card safe on your site secure?
A. We use PayPal.com as our online transaction processing gateway. It is owned and operated by eBay.com (the world's lagest auction website). PayPal.com is among the top 5 online credit card processing company with over 120 million users world wide.
Since your credit card is processed by the PayPal.com system your credit card and other info in 100% safe. Infact even we do not get your credit card info. We are sent only the basic info in order to process and record your order in our system.
What should I do after I have completed a donation? Or is that all? Or do I need to do something more to register and get an unlock code for my MB Mystic Software.
Well, the last step you need to take is, provide us with a few details so that we can register your software at our end and send you the unlock code for your software.
OK, so what are the details needed to register my software?
- The Exact Name(s) of the Software – Exactly as shown within the software (see screen shot)
- The Version Number of Software – Exactly as shown within the software (see screen shot)
- Your “System ID” – System ID is an unique computer hardware finger print.
( Click here to know more about System ID ) <== This is a very important step in order to get an unlock code.
- Your registration method ( Donate / TrialPay / Postware ) along with the receipts
- Your name - as you want it registered in our database.
- Your email address - as used by you during the registration process.
After you sent us the above details it takes between 1 day to 7 days to send you your unlock code. In order for us to send the unlock code on time please send us all the above-mentioned details.
Q. What happens after I have sent the MB Mystic Software details you have asked for?
A. We will then verify your donation details and send you the Unlock Code provided you have sent us all the correct info as mentioned above.
Q. Where do I enter the unlock code sent to me? (see sample screen shot)
A. Once you receive the unlock code, enter it in the software unlock code screen to complete registration. It takes between 1 day to 7 days to get your unlock code depending upon the work load we have.
Q. What if I don’t wish to Donate Money but still want to keep the software free for life?
A. You can try the 2 other methods ( TrialPay / Postware ) of registering.
